I help clients and athletes choose the diet that is best for them. This may be a high-fat low carbohydrate diet or it may be a vegan diet. I am a proponent of whole foods plant-based diets across the spectrum: from daily servings of animal-based foods to 100% plant-based and everything in between.

I do not support a carnivore diet and I will not work with clients choosing that dietary approach.
