Hello Residents of Collingwood and the Surrounding Areas! I am new to the community from Toronto, and I am thrilled to be now offering my services to you locally:
1. PERSONAL TRAINING (general public) / STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (athletes/highly active)
There are three options for personalized fitness sessions:

- In your home, office, or other space
- Outdoors: at my farm or other public/private spaces (until mid-November or as weather permits)
- Zoom – I set up your workout space and we meet via zoom for private or small group sessions. This is a very effective training option for those who would rather not meet in person.
PRICES: I am offering a 15% discount on my services for the month of October to get you started!
A. PARTNER TRAINING

- 50 min session 1-2X/week = $60.00 / per person
- 50 min session 3-4X/week = $55.00 / per person
- 70 min session 1-2X/week = $70.00 / per person
- 70 min session 3-4X/week = $60.00 / per person
B. PRIVATE TRAINING

- 45 min session 1-2X/week = $100.00
- 45 min session 3-4X/week = $95.00
- 65 min session 1-2X/week = $125.00
- 65 min session 3-4X/week = $115.00
C. GROUP TRAINING (3-5 people)

- 45 min session 1-2X/week = $35.00 / per person
- 45 min session 3-4X/week = $30.00 / per person
- 65 min session 1-2X/week = $40.00 / per person
- 65 min session 3-4X/week = $40.00 / per person
2. NUTRITION / DIETITIAN SERVICES

- Advanced Sports Nutrition: From Science to Practice
- Plant-Based & Vegan: For Athletes & Health/Wellness Focused
- Genetic testing for Personalized Nutrition (Health/Fitness Focus or Sport/Athlete Focus)
- Specialized Services for Disordered Eating (females & males welcome)
- Decrease Body Fat and/or Increase Muscle Mass
- Increase Energy/Vitality, Improve Health & Disease Prevention
- Meal Planning, Grocery Shopping, Eating Out & Travel
- Education: Individual, Teams, Families, Corporate, School/College

We also cover basic nutrition tips in personal training sessions with brief Q&As at the end of class as needed.
